The sophisticated technique of the paper "release" makes it possible to coat an indissoluble polyurethane (PU) film to first quality butt splits, faithfully reproducing the prestigious aesthetic characteristics of the most beautiful natural leathers. Many manufacturers of belts, accessories, shoe factories and furnishing products prefer them because of their characteristics of resistance of bending, rigidity or softness, thickness, waterproofing etc.
Thanks to appropriate machinery the working of the leather follows a long cycle in the tannery:
from the wet blue the leather undergoes to different processes of shaving, dyeing, drying, staking and buffing, then, in crust, they're ready for the coating of the PU film.

In 2003 our firm invested in a new coating system, in two years we have bought two new implants for a new "solvent free" line, being able to realise a PU film based on aqueous products and keeping a 0,15 millimetres of thickness which guarantee the real leather certificate.
Thanks to the strength and constant diligence, we have a final result in a even more natural split: no toxic, odourless and realised in a total environment respect.
